Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki, an American political advisor, served as the 34th White House Press Secretary from 2021 to 2022. As a member of the Democratic Party she has previously worked in the Obama administration as White House deputy press secretary (2009), White House deputy director of communications (2009–2011) as well as the spokesperson for the United States Department of State(2013-2015) and White House communication director (2015–2017). Psaki was a contributor to CNN's political coverage of 2017 to 2020. Psaki began her career in 2001 as a political contributor for CNN. She worked on the campaign for re-election of Tom Harkin (Iowa Democrats) for the U.S. Senate, and Tom Vilsack (Iowa Governor). Psaki was John Kerry's press secretary deputy in 2004. Psaki was the communications director for Joseph Crowley, a U.S. Representative, and the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from 2005 to 2006. Psaki returned in 2012 for political communications serving as press secretary for President Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign. [20] Psaki was named spokesperson for the United States Department of State in February 2013. There was speculation that she would replace Jay Carney White House Press secretary when he left White House in the year 21 were fuelled by her hire by the Department of State. However, Josh Earnest was announced as Carney's replacement on May 30 in 2014. She returned to White House as Communications Director in the year 2015 and was in place until the end of.
